Good service and friendly staff

Ordered a Flat white and ended up getting a froth like cappcino. Not even taste good how it should be and froth looks like big bubbles. It was not even a busy morning with coffee order which could be Understandable for the quality of the coffee. Any unprofessional person can make very similar coffee. I think they need more Batista training.

Normally not one to write reviews but had to wait in line for 5-6 minutes one late night while the female staff was making coffee for a customer in front of me as they were chatting to eachother like they were old friends. Not kidding, about 2 songs had passed and this b*&^ just took her time to mix and talk to her friend ignoring the fact that somebody else needed to be served. Being in retail for the past 10 years i find this totally disrespectful, unprofessional and disgraceful behaviour.

Went to this OTR tonight only to find that i was not charged for my $50 dollars worth of petrol and therefore being the honest person i am having to ring up and talk the workers through the fact that this had happened! As a young mum the last thing i need is to be accused of stealing when i specifically told the worker number 16!! Safe to say this worker should be written up for such poor listening skills and attention to customers, now i have to go through the hassle of going back down there(i live up north) to pay for it along with having to explain to another lot of workers what exactly happened😒 wont be rushing back here after this stuff around its unfortunately not the first time ive been met with poor customer service at an OTR

Called in to grab lunch but went to the toilet first. Syringes on the floor, fecies on the toilet seat and wet paper everywhere as the bins were full. You would think that cleanliness would be a priority with the current situation. I never got any lunch.

Clean place, no queue, friendly staff, and not expensive foods 👍👍

Went in today to fill up with fuel That went well Trying to pay when there is 3 tills working and all 6 deep in people ordering 3 course breakfast, coffee and cigarettes was very annoying Said something and was hailed down by one of the breakfast mob Spoke to the manager at the time and was told fuel is just a small side bit of the company I actually thought I had gone to a service station not a cafe Will never fill up with fuel there again Hope Mr Shahin is happy with the way these places are run I’m not

My mum and I made a complaint a while ago and still havent gotten a response, its been about 3 weeks. We went in and bought some pies from the bakery and my older sister, my mum and me all got food posioning. It wasnt a pleasant experience, we dont excpet a refud but we want to make sure that this doesnt happen to anyone else. The employess there are all lovely and its really convenient for my family but the lack of response over this issue was annoying.

The lady that serves their the older lady doesn't even know what she was doing she tried to give my scracthie winnings to another person, if you got memory loss you shouldn't work there I am definitely putting in a complaint she was also rude.

I was not impressed with the Kilburn station last night at 10.08pm We went in for Petrol and decided to buy some chips, the ones we were looking to buy were the new Doritos and they had a pricing under and over them in BOLD numbers 2 for $6.50 so we decided as a new special out, we would buy them. I go to the check out and Ben charged me $9.18 for 2 packets, I queried him over it and he said sorry but i cant give them to you at that price because they were for Smiths chips not Doritos, well if that`s the case put the bloody sign under SMITH`S not Doritos! We go to that shop at least 2 -3 times a week! NOT HAPPY
