OTR Blair Athol

EFTPOS was offline today, which wouldn't have been a problem if some signs were placed on the petrol pumps to let customers know. Unfortunately I was only told of the issue after filling the tank and arriving at the service counter. There was an in-house ATM that charged about $3 for the cash withdrawal. It's a small issue but it borders on entrapment. The next service station on my route had petrol for 1c/Litre more. That would have saved me about $2.50. I would recommend avoiding OTR Blair Athol.

Unprofessional staff, they made worse coffee, every time I tried on this otr.

Wow!! I normally find the staff here friendly, I frequent the place nearly every day. This morning however, I was abused & SWORN at by Susan, coz I asked what colour lighters they had when purchasing one. (Please note: there was not 1 single person or a queue of people behind me waiting to be served) Well done Susan, employee of the month, NOT!!!

Very expensive products, staff seem over worked and under staffed

Nice older car wash. Lots of soap, the car was very clean afterwards. Don't bother with the $20 Ultimate wash though, the "ultimate polish" came out of only 3 nozzles and looked like water.

This store staff is very friendly and helpful. Manager and assistant manager is also very nice and kind hearted . I really appreciated the staff members who easily handle the customers and making coffees in busy time . Most important thing is this store is too much clean and tidy all time when you visit here . Lots of love and respect for this store staff and manager ❤️❤️

Terrible customer service. Was ignored for ages despite standing right infront of her and she said the very bare minimum when she did assist. I'll drive out of my way to avoid going back.

Car Wash at OTR Blair Athol. Terrible experince. They have got an old & rusted washing system and during the process it stopped working and pieces started falling. Im glad nothing happended to my car & got refund. But i will never recommend this place for car wash.

Really should change your slogan from WE NEVER CLOSE to gotta knock to be let in
