Friendly service. Nice meal overall. I dont mind salt but there is too much put on their meals.

Perth's best Fish & Chips hands down. Affordable prices, fresh oil, delicious flavour... all in your old style shop that hasn't changed in the last 20 years.

A few years ago I would have given 5 stars. Seems to be quieter and unfortunately unorganised. If you can wait the food is at a pretty good standard.

Fee for using card payment on a $20 purchase is 50c. That is 2.46% and way higher than businesses are allowed to charge. There is a law that states businesses may only pass on the true cost of processing the transaction, which for debit cards is usually less than 1%. You can't just make up a 50c fee out of nowhere. I won't be buying from here again. It's a shame really, because the fish and chips are great and I used to go there regularly. Nobody uses cash in 2021, it's a cost of business to accept card payments. Either build it in to your product price or charge the percentage that your bank charges you, not just a flat fee regardless of how much is being spent.

Food is great, efficiency of the service not so much. I understand that English is a second language to many, but if you're going to employ someone to take phone orders, please ensure they can actually do the job! What is usually a 25 minute round trip for me took close to an hour because of the screw ups (twice on a single order). Expect good food, but also delays

I got there and paid in cash. Then the girl dropped one of my dimsims ON THE FLOOR, picked it up and PUT IT BACK with the cooked food. Absolutely disgusting. A lady ended up taking the dimsim from the pile of food and threw it in the bin. The lady who took my cash used her hands to pick up a new dimsim (with her hands that she hadnt washed and handled cash with) to put another one in the deep fryer.. will never go back.

This place makes the best fish and chips that I have tasted In Perth. Everything is on point!!! I highly recommend it.
