Well stocked, helpfull staff.

Not recommending to anyone to buy products from Nibsets as my wife purchased food warmers from them and they were showing build up rust when open the package from the box. They were unable to do any refund as saying this should report soon we receive the item. They sell very cheap quality products in high price. Do not recommending buying any from this store

They behave like fly by night operators. Spoke to Raffeala about returning an item a couple of days after purchase. I was told that I have to personally arrange to return it to their Truganina, Victoria office since I was based in Melbourne and would incur a 25% restocking fee which I agreed. I requested her to email me the address. She sent me an email stating that all returns are to be sent to their New South Wales office only. They have 3 offices/outlets in Melbourne but non of them would accept returns. Wonder what changed after I spoke to her. I think they realized that it is not practically possible for me to send the 64 kg item to NSW . Will never ever deal with this company again and cautioning others from doing so.

Careful before you buy, pls do your research with a competitor seller. No customer service standards. I was under impression that This Company provides commercial equipment and gears which are WorkSafe and has good quality. There are many issues which need to be audited by a government body due to items listed are not WorkSafe. Nisbets website has misleading and incorrect information about their products. I ordered a few pairs for Chefs Clog size US 10. Nisbets website shows US 10 is equivalent to EU43. I didn't do any research and trusted their information but in reality, US10 is equivalent to EU size 44, not 43. Please see the screenshot below. When I received the Clogs, it was not comfortable and was defective. When I contacted customer service, Agent bluntly declined to take any ownership. Customer service agent states that it is "normal", and in his view, it is ok to wear 1 size up or down. In my view, while working in a commercial kitchen, where you are detailing with dangerous things, your gear needs to be safe and accurate, without that it may cause major accidents. Moreover, Customer service agent dares to ask to return the goods on our cost, even though it is Nisbets fault.

Very difficult company to deal with. Ordered a freezer on the 13/11/20 with notifications of new stock arriving on the 16/11/20. Emailed on the 19/11/20 to indicate that the stock has been delayed. Called to speak with customer service, average wait time is 18 minutes. Staff are friendly, however they can't provide any information or guarantees of stock availability. Told it would be delivered on the 2/12/20. With no notifications of dispatch, call back for update. 16 minute wait time. Told that 2/12/20 is the arrival date of the container into Australia, and that it won't be until the 7th or 8th of December for stock delivery. Ended up having to upgrade the product to a higher priced item just so we can have a freezer for our stock. Asked to speak with management while on the phone and told just to email as the management team were in a huddle. Asked if I could just have my messaged passed onto management so they could give me a call when they were done, told that it is best to email.... Honestly, one of the most frustrating businesses to deal with.

This store is an absolute joke. Staff are so rude. Everything has already been said before on here - just don't shop here and hopefully they go out of business.

Wonderful service! The employees were very helping and there was a nice selection of goods. I have been very pleased with the items and will return the next time I need new items.
