New York Coffee n Grill

Excellent Service, Kind People and Amazing coffee. Have mainly gone towards the Hotdog and Coffee deal but have had many tell me the food their is great! If you're patient, well-mannered and can wait for food to cook. You'll be amazed as I was! 10/10!

Awesome place to enjoy food with family as well as individual

Waited over an hour for bad coffee and over cooked cold dirty eggs for the kids. This place looks so good on paper. But a lack of staff and a loose grip on the English language let them down. They did give us a refund for the food, so we appreciated that.

Friendly cozy atmosphere and the best cappuccino around

Popped into shopping centre for a quick shop. Stopped off at New York Coffee n Grill. The place was empty, no customers. Ordered snd paid for chips ($6.90!?!?!?) came out 30 mins later and chips weren't ready...despite asking for the chips yo be cooked and I pick up on way out....waited for a further 10 mins...never again

Ever since New York Cafe was built, we have attempted to give them business whenever we could. Today was the last day that we will do so. They certainly are able to make some excellent food items at times, but a cafe is more than just the food it's about service. Multiple times we have come and left feeling completely baffled and disappointed by the lack of common sense and service. It would be great if they were able to just get an order correct, have the chef get off the phone with his mates and cook, not bring a baby-cino in an adult mug, and give their highchairs a proper clean. I wish them well in the future, but if they expect to flourish as a business they have to do more to build loyalty through service.

It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for breakfast and specially chai latte. Really enjoyed their service and food.

Ordered breakfast brucetta it came with no mushrooms no feta cheese no cherry reduction and 5 little squares of avocado. It wasn’t as prescribed and top it off I tried calling and it says number is disconnected

Ordered a bacon and egg toastie. Bacon burnt, egg burnt and bread burnt. Dry, no sauce. This place is a joke

Price too high for the quality of food and drinks. Waited 30 minutes for a cofee and already made banana bread. Poor customer service. Do not recommend this place!
