New Order

My only coffee shop on commercial rd, I like the coffee, people and set up the most as the others don't do it for me ...plus the bacon and egg roll YUM! I also like the salads and croissants. The staff are lovely and if you go there often they will remember you and they will look after you, then tell their new staff how to look after you. It creates a warm feeling if you live or work locally. I mix things up due to dietary needs so when I finally tried their Oat-chino it was the best I had tried!

Coffee - always amazing, the menu doesn’t really have many vegan options but a waiter last week came up with this for me and it was ABSOLUTELY amazing, he was a great waiter. Been here several times and was a good experience. (Pic was from last week, todays food which should’ve been the same - did not look like this). However, today was totally different. We walked in and was going to order before sitting down, we were asked to take a seat and he’ll be out soon to take our order...he took 10-15 mins to serve us (which is fine because it was busy). He took our orders VERY quickly without repeating it back to us...my friend said he’s not going to remember it, I had high hopes. He missed a few items on mine and my friends plate. Def would be fine with a staff having an off day - it was the fact he wasn’t even apologetic nor did he care about it is why I am reviewing. We were there around 130pm-230pm.

Literally every coffee Ive ever had from New Order has been consistently excellent. Foods always great too, I highly recommend the ham, cheese & tomato toastie for breakfast done right. This place is a lifesaver for Alfred staff who want a much better coffee than what is available at the hospital.

This cafe has the most lovely and friendly staff, good customer service, nice outside sitting as well as inner courtyard. The food is good, fresh and lots of healthy options. It makes a good week day pre work breaky or lunch spot.

Delicious coffee and food, staff are kind and chatty and the outdoor dining is always a mint option, especially on a sunny day

A happy staff with happy masks. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere for breakfast or lunch. The staff make you feel so welcomed and at home.

Superb! Hard to put it in words, but the coffee (short macchiato) was just about perfect. Tasty food and bakery options also available.
