Just loved it

Big store but not not maintained very well. Seta and tables feel dirty..

They want everyone to wear mask and sign in but two of their staff members who were packing the orders were not wearing mask. When I nicely told them to wear mask they made fun of it and said it's not mandatory. Just to be clear the lockdown started from 6pm today.

Clean place, nice artwork, I always visit this place a lot and the food is very spectacular. The wait times are a little high but it shouldn't be as long while talking with friends and family. The staff are quite hard working and really supportive. There are stylish designs on the roof. I would say it is really good and the best restaurants yet I have been to!

Staff were lovely - Ordering wasn't very quick however. Waited a reasonable amount of time for food I suppose. Kids hated the food, so that's not the restaurants fault or anything, but I really find it crazy that a restaurant which specializes in dine in, doesn't offer ice with drinks. It was clean and tidy and staff were lovely, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Had dinner tonight at the Blacktown restaurant. Was met by the friendliest front of house person. Meal was lovely, again was waited on by the friendly front of house lady. This was a 10/10 experience. Outstanding service by the petite front of house lady. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service and amazing food. Though I must say that the in house toilets are in dire need of a clean. I wanted to use a voucher but the machine wasn’t accepting the barcode I was providing and the lovely cashier, instead of getting frustrated tried their best to facilitate my requests. They solved the problem, after a while but I must commend this service because it’s very rare to have such amazing service in a “fast-food” almost, restaurant.
