Very bad food service. Sorry Nothing Personal.

Very disappointed. The chicken was completely burnt; the skin was all black. I was going to give it to my daughter, but it's not even edible. How could you even give this to your customers? If it looked like that, you should've thrown it straight into the rubbish.

Disappointed. I came here with my vegetarian sister. She ordered a Plant Chicken halloumi burger, as well as a chocolate mousse. We sat down, and about 5-10 minutes later our food arrived. We both looked at her burger, and thought the patty looked very chicken-like. Neither of us had seen it before, and thought it looked quite interesting since it looked so real. She took a few bites and was convinced it couldn’t be the fake chicken. Not long after the staff member came back, and told us it was indeed real chicken, and took it back to the kitchen. My sister was distraught. She was soon in tears and ran to the bathroom to throw up. They gave her a refund, and a new burger, however it’s 30 minutes on and she’s still in emotional distress. I understand that these mistakes happen sometimes, and I appreciate the refund and apology, however I hoped there would be better processes in place to prevent things like this happening. We won’t be going to this Nandos, or any in fact, for a very long time.

I was given an incorrect order on Saturday night and when I realised I went back and the girl managing the store did a very good job in fixing everything despite it being so busy!
