Longest online order I’ve ever placed. It’s not even a big order. 1/2 chicken and rice. 1.5 hours and counting for you to prep your food! What’s taking so long?

Had a pleasant lunch here with a mate recently. Roughly 15min from Surry Hills and we were lucky to find a parking spot close by. Hadn't been in Nando's in a while so unsure of what to get. Eventually reacquainted myself with a personal favourite, the chicken paella. It came out speedily and was delicious. The rice had the right amount of moisture in it, mixed with succulent pieces of chicken and mild salsa, gave the meal a balanced texture and zesty taste!

I'm a big fan of Nandos but this particular branch has disappointed me on every visit.... the new online ordering system is a waste of time.

So good when I went today with mom, wish I could give 100 stars instead of 5!

Nice food and friendly staff

Why do you guys take onlune orders if you can't track it and get the food prepared? Ordered online, showing food will be ready in 20 mins, been there after 35 min just to be safe but only to be told they can't fibd my order and I'd to ahow them confirmation mail! Waiting for last 25 mins still no food! What's the point then to order in advance if I've to wait!!!

Good food good prices good service but I don’t like the fact that they don’t take cash

This is my go to Nandos as they cook the chicken spot on every time. Never dry or burnt and still moist. Other Nandos should learn from this place - go to the one in Broadway and I can guarantee it will be dry and burnt

Super salty food. Charges 2$ for just some ketchup and mayo. Service and decor nothing to brag about. Prices average. Can’t see why so many people like this chain

I love nandos, it's so tasty
