Muffin Break Chermside

Nice but not amazing coffee, if you want that there's a specialist coffee shop 5 steps away. Muffins here are always good, as you'd expect. My choc chip muffin was cool but the chips were still soft and slightly melty what sort of magic is this. Lovely.

Amazing selection of muffins, always super large, fluffy and fresh with generous toppings. They also do an incredible $8 muffin and coffee deal - which is FANTASTIC!! The girls working there are always really friendly and polite and attentive. AND they don't charge extra for alternative milk!!! This is the main reason I come here. I don't think cafe's should be charging what they do for different milk. Like, how is cow milk worth more than UHT plant based milk?? It just doesn't make sense! So thank you Muffin Break, for not only making great coffees, exceptional muffins, and providing extremely friendly service, but also for being non-discriminatory to us plant-based milk drinkers! :)

Ordered a spinach and feta role which was thrown in a dirty microwave and blasted with heat to the point it was too hot to hold with your hands while inside the packet. Whats worse is that it tasted like it was off, and they charged an exorbitant amount of $6.50!!! Ended up throwing half of it out.

Good muffins, coffee okay.

I tried the cheesecake and the orange almond cake. Both delicious, full of flavours and fresh!

We called into Chermside after travelling from up north. We stopped for coffee and carrot cake for myself and scone and black tea for my partner, it was lovely to be served by such a pleasant and helpful lady. Congratulations Muffin Break on your choice of employee. Being a visitor to Brisbane we take notice how people act.

Staff are very pleasant and cheerful. My go to cafe for Chermside always. Food is always pretty good.

Great range of freshly cooked muffins, banana bread and other easy to eat nourishing food to accompany well made coffee / tea; served by smiling helpful staff. Prices are reasonable when the sizes of portions and cups are taken into account. A large flat white is actually large... 2 hands high :D

Friendly staff, nice coffee and very muffins etc. I also recommend the quiche..
