Excellent pizzas.

Decided to do a lunch road trip to Red Hill on Friday. Most of the restaurants only have a set menu. We’ve decided to go to this place since I love Matt Wilkinson’s cooking. The place is so pretty. You could do a short walk around the property to see the scenery and the art works. All happy with our meal. My favourite one : the steak! It’s a must to try.

Montalto is such a beautiful spot on the Peninsula. Warm and relaxed dining set on a stunning estate with grape vines and unique sculptures as far as the eye can see. It’s light and bright and focuses on showcasing the very best of the region - scenery, wines and produce. In terms of a wedding venue, gorgeous photos are guaranteed and a really lovely, friendly experience. Not to mention options for intimate weddings, an outdoor ceremony and dancing outside - it's absolutely perfect!

Simply divine… We had a party that had multiple dietary requirements and the chef was only too happy to accommodate our needs. The food was amazing, the service was amazing, the views are amazing. This is our second visit within a couple of months, Both visits were for special occasions. After our dinner in the restaurant we ventured outside to the pizzeria Which was also lovely. Will be back :)

One of the best wineries with walk in country style courtyard canteen and superior quality of food and spectacular view. Must visit every spring and late summer!

Such a amazing and unique experience! We went there with my partner on a Sunday and had the lunch menu by Matt Wilkinson. Everything in the menu was so delicious and fresh, knowing that it locally sourced makes it even better. You definitely won't leave from there hungry! The service was top-notch and the wine spectacular. I would be recommending it and coming back for sure!

not a frequent reviewer, but had such a wonderful lunch today that I wanted your restaurant and team to be aware. our waiter and service was polite, attentive but spacious. the food was exceptional, set menu, sumptuously served and whilst a late serving on Easter Monday, there was no sense we were left with the last meals of the day. our two tweens were welcomed as much as we were and there was a great sense across the dining floor that people were enjoying the experience. teamed with a welcome at the gate, a short tasting prior to lunch and an efficient farewell, this was a great family lunch. Thank-you.

Hmm interesting experience. Location is great with stunning views. Food and wine were great and reasonable price for the quality. Staff very attentive, helpful and friendly except for one. Appeared to be the manager, Laura or Lauren. Extremely rude. Very unpleasant to hear her berating staff loudly while they were just trying to do their best.
