Molly

Molly is absolutely amazing. The photos are the last Raines' club late Sunday lunch. I'd recommend everyone to attend this once. Molly has a wonderful atmosphere - it is branded for trying all things whiskey, rum, gin or anything else for any occasions. Thursday nights are live music nights which is on my next day to visit.

Absolute love it. The whole theme, concept, or really is like a step back to a simpler, classy time. It would be nice to have more sound dampening as it can be hard to talk, but otherwise perfect. An obvious level of careful thought has gone in to creating something original and special that has rapidly become a centre of Canberra's social scene.

I love a hidden cocktail bar, and I really enjoyed Molly in Canberra. Tucked in an alley and hidden behind an unmarked wooden door, it’s a lovely jazz themed cocktail bar, with low lighting, creative drinks and fantastic music. They also serve food with whiskey pairings and have live bands several times a week. I was surprised you need to order at the bar, which doesn't match the grown-up, fairly high-end feel (and pricing!) of the place.

Upstairs is very nice and pretty unique for Canberra, the vault looks like a bit of a low-effort addition. The staff were nice but sitting at the bar with people leaning over you to order is a bit too much like a pub. They need a dedicated service section at the bar or make it table service only. Prices were cheeky but acceptable.

One of my favourite bars in Canberra. Definitely recommend to add to your Saturday night out schedule! Wow, love that I actually found it. And the cocktail I had, jalapeno one, was amazing. Great selection and well versed bar attendants. I will definitely be back for more. I love the jazz playing, but would have loved some more food options. For a 10.30 jazz band, don't need as much as food, but at 8pm, would like more options. Only reason not a 5 star.

Great atmosphere and music. Large selection of drinks. Only issue is deciding what to drink!

This bar has a great feel with welcoming staff and a great selection of liquor. The old fashioned was super flavoursome and well presented.

The ambience is great. Love sitting at the bar sipping on cocktails. The bartenders are very friendly and make great cocktails.
