Nice.

Worst service from a very rude person called Alex who served us he definitely shouldn’t be working in the hospitality industry.

This place located on top floor with nice view. Service are great and piccolo that coat ke $3.80 wasn’t bad at all.

Food is decent and price is ok. BUT, the service is soooooo slow! Took almost an hour to get a couple of sandwiches! Would not recommend if you want a quick bite in between shopping.

We order Egg benedict and Spaghetti... Egg benedict supposed to be poach but came hard boil egg.. Spaghetti came with 2 small pieces of bacon.. Coffee and service is ok.. but overall still not good for the price.

Service is really bad and the cashier when i asked her to do scrambled eggs she said no scrambled it’s only fried !! How come it’s written on your menu and you forcing me to have something I don’t like , when i tried to modify my order to add chips she said no the kitchen close ! Are you serious, how come kitchen close when you still having a lot of orders for having inhouse and takeaway . Milligram Managment you have to look after your customers coz that’s how you lose your profit .

Awesome food and coffee, friendly staff and enjoyed the music they put on. Great job!!!

RUDE AND UNEDUCATED STAFF WITH ATTITUDE. I asked the waiter ALEX for an extra plate as TWO DESSERTS were placed in ONE CARDBOARD BOX even though i was DINING IN WITH ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL reason being they DIDN’T want to wash the dishes. I requested for the boss right after ALEX came back, DROPPED and then PUSHED THE PLATE causing items such as the table number to FALL OFF the table. I was told the boss went home early... 4PM - 15/05/21

Highly disappointing. I ordered the pumpkin and haloumi salad with added avocado. The pumpkin was undercooked, the avo was under ripe (ok, not their fault), and it was drowning in dressing (or rather, oil). I couldn't finish it due to the amount of oil. A waste of $20.

Pretty poor customer service. No greeting of good morning or thank you for an order. Unenthusiastic staff.
