If you're a cheese lover this place is great. Service was friendly, helpful and informative with the different cheeses and beverages to go with

Came last night with a couple friends, clearly understaffed which seems to be the theme for here at the moment, wait times after ordering took a long time, but the service did make up for it, with Dj taking time to explain the cheese and wine pairings was amazing and thoughtful considering how busy they were. The gentleman taking our payment as well happily had a chat with us instead of just taking our money and pushing us out the door. Food was lovely, wait times for orders were slow, service was as good.

Friendly and knowledgeable staffs! They have lists of cheese to choose from different region, country and continent. Got some cheese and totally is love with how fresh and good it was! Definitely come back for more!

A great selection of international cheese and wines. Milk the Cow offers some of the best cheese in Melbourne with a wide variety to choose from. It also offers hot cheese dishes, including fondues, fried cheeses and raclette.

What a gem! We had a wonderful evening here, enjoying a supper of a small wine flight paired with four different cheeses. The staff were all very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The produce was of exceptional quality, fresh, delicious and well presented. We will definitely be back. The only word of caution would be for people of limited mobility, the toilets were a bit of a trek to get to upstairs.

We came last Sunday afternoon, cheeses were fantastic! However our waitress was very entitled and had little bad attitude. She literally sat down at our table when she was taking our orders and explaining the cheeses, didn't even asked if we were ok with it, super unprofessional and strange... Took almost 15 MINUTES of pure unnecessary snobbish about the cheese flights while our hot plates were getting cold.... Didn't even offer us bread or crackers, when I asked her she just said a very dry "Wait!' while walking away with hands on her pockets and never coming back with the bread. Jesus, never seen anything like it. Not coming back.

My new favorite happy-place. If you’re into good wine and cheese and in need of some alone time with a good book, drop in on a quiet afternoon. If you’re looking for a place to catch up or network with two or more, this is also a great place. Because, of course, wine and cheese are better when shared among good company. Will definitely be back!

The staff were really friendly which was a plus. I would give their customer service 5 starts. I ordered the fondue and it came out with herbs on top not mentioned on the menu. I have an allergy to rosemary so I had to send it back. The staff were 100% fine with this and apologetic. The reason for giving 3 stars is the bread served with the fondue was stale. If they had lightly pan toasted the bread in some olive oil and sprinkled with salt flakes it would have taken this dish next level. Unfortunately when spending $20+ on fondue I expect either fresh bread or toasted.

The wine and cheese were tasty and one of our servers (a female with a European accent) was great. The reason for the one star is because of an incredibly rude server - a small white man with a moustache. From when he seated us resentfully to when we gave some dietary information and he practically yelled at us, there was not a single polite word or pleasant interaction with him. His tone the entire evening was condescending and belittling, it really seemed like either he didn’t want to be there or he thought we didn’t belong. My friend actually apologized for suggesting this place - we won’t be going back.
