Despite the limited seating and its busy nature (being at the entry to Southbank railway station and just down the road from two large private schools) this is one of the more impressive McDonald's establishments. Unlike the last couple of McDonald's I have visited, everything ordered was available, no mistakes were made in the order and very good attention was paid to cleanliness, with tables being cleared and wiped down as soon as people left and bins not being allowed to overflow. Having stools along the windows giving an outlook onto passers-by is a good use of limited space. One little warning: take the littlies to the toilet before you arrive as there are none here!

New store in a good location open 24 hours. Front counter staff taking orders or you can use a computer. Coffee was hot, Mcmuffin ok...bread was slightly stale, they have to find a better way to keep day old bread fresher. Donut shops don't sell day old product. This outlet should do well although a previous hamburger shop was here before.

Came in to for the special app deal and it wouldn't take the code, then had hash browns. But they were under cooked.

Waited 15 minutes for chips, the store wasn’t busy and the staff were really slow. I was also sooo close to missing my train. I was also expecting fresh chips for the time it took but they were soggy. The staff were nice enough but just very slow moving.
