Amazing restaurant, very nice and modern. Cleanliness, and hygiene was definitely prone and was pronounced greatly in the store. Good quality food! 👍

We ALWAYS post with honesty and today this review is well deserved. We have not been to Maccas for 6 years due to poor service. Seeing the adverts for chicken we thought would try them....MISTAKE!!!! (see pic) Bad service, pos machines broken and we waited and waited....order 124....waiting.....waiting....125....126......still waiting. ...staff chatting one picking her nose as she handled food....no gloves 127.....we have to be next....a customer chat chat.... still waiting.....oh look a order....its 12....8.... excuse me ...have we been forgotten.... 124 FINALLY...... no care not even after told a staff we were back after 6 years Oh and the southern fried chicken $13.95.... see for ourself 3 pieces burned and 2 wings tiny dried inedinble Pathetic visit ACTUAL SCORE minus 1

Food was shocking burger was so greasy the bottom of the bun was soggy. Fillet of fish was over cooked and dry not able to or wanting to eat it. All fries went in the bin! Avoid at all costs don't waste your money.

Im sick and tired of never being able to call your store. The phone line is always busy, and when I can actually get through no one speaks, it's completely silent then I hang up and try call back....what a surprise the line is busy because instead of hanging up on your end you just leave it and don't let people call in. Every time I get food from this store it is always cold and inedible, at least make your delivery orders fresh when the driver comes not before hand and then it's cold. If I could give 0 stars I would....up your game, Para Hills and Golden Grove McDonald's at least make it fresh and its hot when delivered. Start implementing that when the driver arrives then you cook a order not before and its just gone cold.

Food is not bad. It has Drive Thru option or dine in. Customer service is poor but there are few crew members really good. Clean and have extra dining space outside

Horrible drive through and parking. Literally a nightmare to go to. Food is as good as you would expect from mcdonald's. Go on foot and eat in so you can save yourslef from all the terrible drivers in that area. Everybody driving like they own the road and are late for a meeting with the prime minister... Flogs...

Order here often as it’s close to my house, absolutely tired of the staff never refilling condiments in store therefore burgers are half made missing components (mustard, onion, pickles) I worked at McDonald’s as a teenager and this wouldn’t ever fly in front of my managers, so why is it so consistently awful? Managers clearly do not care as I’ve called the store to complain and the woman I always speak to makes excuses for her lazy staff.

Front counter staff is very friendly and helpful. Good cleanliness.

Hot meal. The hottest I've had from any store in awhile

Had a salad - was good. Good option as a diabetic. My off-sider had a wrap and fruit smoothie which he also enjoyed. Only thing was the Frozen Coke No Sugar - tasted funny
