Make the best Chai Lattes! Great McCafe

Many times I've found something missing from my order, a drink or toy or the added bacon. The staff need to be a little more observant when it comes to serving, as the wait time can be too long. Having said that, the staff are always polite, helpful and have a smile at the ready. They are young people are quite lovely.

Up to mcdonalds usual standard good to see some mature staff there but all are friendly and helpful

My experience was ok. The meal was as expected for a reproducible high volume product. The ice cream was very small and had an odd taste. Everything else was predictable and standard. Service was efficient but order takers need some customer service training in how to greet customers and pretend to be interested and happy to be alive. Quick value based meal was satisfactory without the fun.

Service has gotten worse over past few months. Order is often wrong. They don't look at you when they give you your food and say "have a nice day". They're more interested in a screen to their left. I think they're down to only 2 staff that have good customer service skills.

Clean with good food and good facilities for baby changing and a high chair.

It's Maccas. You either love it or hate it. Food was yummy. Service fine.

Tonight we tried the new Southern fried chicken box what a disaster greasy box of yuk Phoned store young lady apologised and said chicken comes to store pre coated and they fry it for a minute and a half omg folks dont waste your money

Mothers day order for brekkie mucked up twice. My husband ate alone and then I followed later. Pity. Food good tho.
