Could do a better job with their burgers, but the staff were friendly enough

I would drive an extra hour in any direction for maccas than go to this store... the wait was incredibly long and half our meal was not correct, poor service

Very bad today. The Crispy Chicken Clubhouse Meal ordered was no where near it. With lousy lettuce withered out...... Very disappointed today...

Astonishingly mediocre. Chicken burger looked like it had lost a fight with a small child. Chips were, in a first for McDonald's, moderately over cooked. Whilst it gave them a delightful crunch, the slightly seared flavour doesn't quite work for this kind of product. I feel the fault was my own for attending such an establishment.

We waited 11 minutes for window service and the hot chocolates were just what we needed. We were late for an event. I think they should’ve had more than one worker there. He was nice but tired.

Will never step foot in there again. Charged for 2 x $1.00 frozen cokes and got to the pickup area in drive through and was told they just ran out. They offered me normal coke for 4 times the price and i said just refund my Money. They wouldn't do it! Said they cant refund money at the counter. What a load of %!$%. Spoke to Manager and she said she hasn't got the authority to refund. What are they running there!!!! 1 star is too much.

Helpful, friendly staff on our 1 & only visit. We were passing through on our way from Brissy to Melbourne one morning. 1 of the weirdest things though...My daughters Orange Juice (with ice) literally tasted like a combo of the sausage/bacon from the breakfast McMuffins! We're not sure if it was the ice or the OJ that was tainted, but yeah...not what you want to taste in your OJ! Lol...

Got a Big Mac,worst burger I have ever tasted,the meat didn't even look like it had meat in it and it was overcooked,then to top of if over done it with the sauce. Took it back replaced with new one..slightly better than the first,McDonald ain't nothing like it was..!!

Coped the Sunday rush at midday. 1215. REALLY busy. 20 minutes wait after ordering for food. Customers all grumpy with delays. Lines out the door. The staff were rushed. off. their. feet. It was obvious no one was standing around doing nothing. The staff were doing the best they could and there was no yelling at each other like in some McDonald's. They just got on with it and did it. I was Very impressed. I took a star off because I had to wait so long, and I'm petty. But honestly the staff should be commended.

I ordered three double Big Mac, then they gave me tree normal Big Mac. Run back to them, Refused to refund and fix it, That’s shame. Food was horrible, fries are cold, chicken Mcpieces are cold and hard like a rock. Customer service was bad. The manager is disgusting. Not recommended this place at all.
