Two weeks in a row we’ve received terrible service at this location. Understandably Saturday mornings are a busy time, but there is something seriously broken with your processes. The first time the length of time in store was too long, lacking the high quality customer service we have all become accustomed to to receive from Maccas staff. The following week, again on Saturday we decided a drive through might provide a quicker service. We were wrong. After being directed to a waiting bay we waited 17min. As it turns out the staff gave away our order to another vehicle. We waited again only to receive an incomplete order. Frustrated, we left. The staffer who gave us our order did not even know her managers name. Like I said something, is definitely not running smoothly here. We won’t be back.
It is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced at a Maccas tonight. 858pm I orderedand paid for my food (24 nuggets and a coke no. 174) on the app for my son At 940pm I had stood around for long enough and left the restaurant. The number called was 161. The kitchen was in chaos. The manager was frantic. The drive through queue wasn’t moving. There was no one alerting the dozens of customers standing around all waiting with no idea of who was next. No customer communication at all. There was no indication of whether the food is still cooking or had been cooked. You are my local Maccas... and u must do better than this.
Ordered a cheeseburger only meat and cheese. Order was correct and fast however meat was old and hard, I could tell it had been there all day. I also ordered a small almond cappuccino, 50% of the cup was foam, and also the coffee was quite bitter. The girl who served me in drive thru was lovely, as was the boy who handed me my coffee. The manager handed me my burger without saying anything, and while waiting for my coffee I heard her speaking quite rudely to a female crew trainer, berating her over a small task. Overall unimpressed.
Only reason I came to give a good review is for the guy (sorry not sure what's your name but maybe Jeffery? - He is tall and has a dark skin colour), he usually cleans around and help people in the dine in area. He saw me waiting for a while for my order (cause i ordered later via the app0) he came to check on me and aske dmy what's my order no to make sure that it's being prepared. Such a nice person.

Indian supervisor lady working at this outlet is so unprofessional she don’t know how to greet customers, when ever I visit this outlet she is always having bad mood and always talk harshly. You guys should learn something about customer service it’s not only about serving it’s about greeting your customer with a smile doesn’t matter how bad is your day
Speaking as a drive-thru patron, I must say that while convenient, this restaurant is far from perfect. Custom orders are almost always wrong, some standard orders are wrong, bagging is often an issue, and don't order a large drink, you will get a medium in a large cup (The liquid almost always is about an inch from the top of the cup). And for this incorrect meal, it's not uncommon to wait in the waiting bay for it. I recall one visit I was in the waiting bay for over 10 minutes, which really does change the definition of fast food. When these issues are raised (incorrect meal) they are normally addressed promptly, however, it doesn't seem to stop it from occurring next time.
The worst service I have had. It was around 7:20pm on 25th May. My order number was 147 the lady with glasses kept calling me with incorrect number 174. The large chips and sauce were not in the bag. I had to go back to grab them. I came back home and opened up my burger( Chicken, Bacon? Burger) I ONLY found the lettuce and tomato. No Chicken and No Bacon. WTH... Definitely waste of my time.
Got my order wrong twice in a night. I don’t think they read the orders when something needs to be removed. Asked for something without cheese for a lactose intolerant issue and both times given cheese even though explicitly told first through drive thru then in store. Terrible idiots apparently not hard to read
Amazing place the train station is right next to it so you don't need to walk one step by train to go here
