I often get mac from this place eventhough i order 2 bacon on my burger i get only one and the service is quite slow

Just order my take way in store I chicken wrap meal with 2 happy meal Give the wrong drink When we got home just find out they don’t even give my 2 apple juice…… The staff on the recitation really need some more training! I paid my apple juice for nothing!
Self service, met my needs, fast customer service and very warm friendly environment.
What in the world is this? Only got 2 sauces when I should have gotten 4. Burger not even constructed. Soggy cardboard. Epic fail.
I have to say I was absolutely disgusted by the men's toilets here. Urinal overflowing and the only cubicle to use was filthy. I recognise it is the general public that are the cause of this however the up keep by staff/management is obviously of concern.
Staff don't seem to care. Ordered shaker fries and nuggets. They forgot the shaker seasoning and the nuggets barely warm. The order isn't complicated and it wasn't very busy at the time.
