Slow, poor service and very low food quality. Chips are very soggy and no crunch at all.

Might just be the day I went, but it litterally took 40mins to make a happy meal. And then there was a long line waiting while the girl was just just getting the online orders done.

Many review recently give bad eating because they're "slow". Have you seen the line? The food is brilliant, that's why it's slow. They probably make more money than anyone else in the whole shopping center!

The WORST experience in MacDonald. Waiting near 20 minutes for my order. I asked stuff two times and no one gave me right answer for the time i do need to wait. Stuff looks tired and horrible customer service. Really REGRET to order here.

Order online 5-10 minutes before pick up my meal ended up need to wait longer when I went to pickup as the manager gave my order to one of the staff even though I already paid for it on my online app. Terrible experience with this branch as they don't pay attention to people precious time.

I've been visiting this particular branch for several years now. Yes, I would have given it 1 star a long time ago, but it has transformed into something I can proudly eat from. The staff are nice and never rude, especially the managers. The food is almost always nice and fresh and it is not their fault they are almost always busy, of course there will be a long wait. Props to the current staff for bringing it back up, you've all done a swell job.
