Yesterday i ordered the honey soy grilled chicken salad with side salad and sprite take away. Got to my destination 25 minutes away, opened it up and there was no chicken in the salad. The side salad was average at best with a little bit of onion and three cherry tomatoes. I have had the side salad from the same store before and was impressed. Very disappointing experience.

While waiting inside for my takeaway order I overheard two staff members having an argument. Not to mention the manager turn to a younger staff member who was packing an order into a bag and tell him he was doing it wrong and "it doesn't matter what the customer thinks". When I opened the bag at home my full order was not there and what was there was cold. The attitude of the staff showed no care for the orders being served and this started with the manager that was on.

The service here is adequate but the consistency of the quality of the food is shocking. We often have to slip through a Maccas with the kids - and this one is always sketchy with the food. They are skimpy with everything they can get away with. Always low supplies on fries, drinks, etc - the pictures below are of a “chocolate” thick shake - dreadful - and it is usually dreadful. No flavour- skimping on everything - go to somewhere else.

Terrible quality of food. Completely stuffed up my order. I was forced to wait for 15 minutes watching the young lady at the till have a conversation with another employer. I had to remind them of my order before it was even started. While waiting, I heard the manager shouting at the employers. Would not recommend.

Tricky drive through otherwise stock standard Maccas. My order was mixed up once but other than that ok..

The manager with light blonde/pink was incredibly rude and we didn’t even get our order complete after waiting Aprox half an hour for three meals.

Worst McDonald's I've been to. Every time I go here they stuff the order up or forget something you've ordered. 3 times I've ordered a strawberry shake and each time they've given me a vanilla shake. Regularly miss items that have been ordered and are so blase about it when you go back to get the missing item. Head down to Geelong West or Geelong CBD instead. Always have good experiences there.
