This is what the black teenage girl manager did to us when we went back to the drive thru because we didn’t get the correct order. We ordered a double chocolate sundae but we got a strawberry one, then after the correction we got a single chocolate sundae instead of double chocolate sundae. When we asked for a correction again she kept insisting that we didn’t order a double chocolate sundae (in a very rude and arrogant tone ), she first refused to help us and then finally went to bring a double chocolate sundae (was also laughing at us along with her coworkers), upon handing us the order she clearly said “drop your attitude” and tried to intimidate us, my friend replied that you have zero manner and ethics to which she threw the whole chocolate sundae on my friends jacket and car. I’m still in a state of shock that how can a manager of such a big restaurant chain do this. Zero customer service, zero manners, zero ethics, zero sense of responsibility. I am beyond upset. I have never experienced anything like this ever at some McDonalds ever. This is nothing else but ASSAULT.

13 minute wait after ordering through the drive thru. Pretty ordinary service. It would have been quicker to go to any of the surrounding stores. Negative 5 stars.

We went to order via self-service tonight at around 9.52 pm and the store was not busy. The order still took more than 15 minutes to complete. It was already disappointing waiting that long for a fast food order. The orders were mocked up- putting on tomato sauce on an Angus burger order instead of bbq- the covers, presentations on all orders were very messy and this also reflects the store presentation, dirty, greasy and messy. The manager was simply slacking off talking to staff about non- sense instead if being productive and staff doing their tasks as they should. A very ill- organised store with a very poor management skills on a lot of level and sub- standard quality.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to!!! Should be ashamed that this store is representing the McDonald's franchise. The workers are incompetent or can't be bothered making good food. Keep going back as it's close but seriously fix yourselves up. Disgusting food every time.

Staffs is good and friendly. But the coffee is so bad. Brought it at 8/1 5:25pm. Flat white.coffee is so bitter 5/5 and milk is so flat. Doesn't blend with the coffee.

I did a drive-through purchase. The young man, probably a student still, was very polite, doing his job with a smile. I felt lighthearted when l drove away. Thinking back, I must have been a bit down before I got there. So, thanks to McDonald's for hiring the cheerful to serve their customers. 👍👏🌿🌷🌻

Loves to false advertise. How is it possible that a 24 hour store can't take orders every morning between 3.30 am and 4.30 am? When you advertise something you should stick to it. Same old excuse "oh sorry our system is rebooting and we are cleaning" keep in mind that if you want hot food at this time of morning, the APCO servo across the road has heaps of hot stuff to take away and go there instead.

Not happy with the service. School kids serve you. Ther are not trained. Not very organised. Always a long wait. No one is responsible Or take ownership. Things missing from the order. Happens all the time. McDonald culture and standards is at its bottom.

Worst McDonald's!!!! My Order was wrong and the girl at the window was disrespectful she rolled her eyes and didn't ask to bother the sauces and the drinks she assumed and I had to correct her. I noticed she was in a blue shirt which is a higher rank then the red shirt. It was rude and disheartening. At the window where you collect your order the girl did not greet or smile she barely even looked at me and my latte she handed to me as soon as it entered the grip of my fingers she let go and shut the window. Even now I wont go any other McDonald's due to the lack of service and rudeness these kids think they can have. I recommend the McDonalds on Cranbourne- Frankston Rd as they have never got my order wrong and the service has been outstanding !!!!
