Once again missing part of our order. Hopeless

Wow.. what a view of the water from the restaurant...very relaxing watching the boats in the harbour whilst my family & I ate our burgers 😊👍

The restaurant is always dirty. Floor covered with food scraps. Tables greasy and unwiped. Unusual in McDonald's where cleanliness is usually good. Back again today. Floor again covered in food scraps. Tables greasy. View is excellent.

Team is not equipped with handling business. We stopped at this place on weekdays around 3pm. They struggled with basic orders. Serve only half of the food after 30min. Go back and forth few times to make it right.

20 minute wait for 1 cheese burger. Had to leave without because my ride came.. staff wwre run off there feet... Understandably because it was school holidays at lunch. But really it's Macca's... Whatever happened to fast food. I don't go there because it's "fresh" I just want something edible FAST!!

Typically McDonalds

The many times I've been a patron at this McDonald's I have never gotten what I've paid for. The staff would prefer to gossip than take my order. Couldn't get a basic change to my burger correct, and even when ordering a standard meal they fail. They look you in the eye and repeat what you say, then proceed to disregard what they've been told. Not a single competent person works here. I wanted to give them a review to discover that I had already rated them one star. Shocker. I will now enjoy my burger without sauce.

Staff were clearly not equiped with basic training as there were hardly any other customers in store and in the drive through, and we still had to wait upwards of 15 minutes for any food. Based on other recent reviews there are clearly issues with this store as it's not uncommon to have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for very poor quality food. However, possibly the most infuriating part of our experience was after waiting around a quater of an hour for our meal we didn't even receive an apology. I thought the whole idea was that we would receive our food quickly, waiting for as long as we did in a very quite store doesn't make any sense. I would love to give this store 0 stars.
