They forgot several items of my meal

You need to pull it together guys! Chicken wrap instead of a breakfast meal delivered??? Order ID a524d. Being busy isn’t an excuse, just get it right.. it’s not a hard job!

Restaurant was clean and tidy, but service was slow and inept. At first half our order was brought out and the girl said 'Are you waiting on anything else?'. Considering there were two happy meal boxes without any drinks, I would have thought that was kind of obvious. I explained about the drinks. She went back and brought 2 drinks, even though we had ordered 3. We then had to explain again and point out the 2 apple juices with the happy meals on the docket. I would say to the management, you really need to pick up your game in terms of staff training. Also, my OJ was the most watered down version I have ever tasted at a McDonalds. We won't be going back here.

The service is extremely poor especially when they are busy, and the burgers are just slapped together no care taken. I guess the up side is they got our order correct as many were coming back with incorrect orders.

Every time I go there I order a medium caramel latte with extra caramel and 2 sugars but they always seem to mess it up. Went there today for my usual coffee and they messedit again by putting g 2 shots of coffee NOT BLOODY HAPPY I lo e my coffee but when it taste burnt and as strong as it is I struggle to drink it.

Order took over 10mins to fulfill and the store was not busy at all. Chips were very average and a burger was wrong and took more time to get correct. Manager had a very average dismissive attitude to it all.

It states that it is Open 24hours... I guess not!!!! Got there at 5:30am and it was closed. Google maps also shows 24hours. The banner at the front shows Open until 4:00am...

You guys are terrible. Stuffed up our order beyond repair but we were in rush so we couldn’t go back. Do better.
