Extremely accessible location also interestingly it’s more like a food court layout with red rooster and wild been located in the same area perfect for your morning coffee probably the best cappuccino I’ve had from a fast food outlet in awhile situated about 20 minutes from the mandura area with grey disabled toilets Staff where extremely hopeful looking forward to my return trip this afternoon the perfect break from a stuffy vehicle

Security guard was so rude. He was trying to give my friend the wrong order and when he couldn’t find the order number the security guard got angry and was extremely rude. Then the actual McDonald’s worker came out and sorted the issue in two seconds. Honestly he lucky I was drunk and I’m not a violent person but I never treat anyone with disrespect no matter if they are the door man at McDonalds or a CEO. This makes this establishment look so bad

Poor performance today. Ordered from the drive through and 2 out of 3 frozen cokes where only half full

The order didn't take too long. We asked for dine in and table service but food still arrived in a takeaway bag. The food quality was satisfactory and the order was correct.

Faulty screens ripoff customers by listing incorrect prices IF you can find a working one. Complaints lead to ridicule by managers. Perhaps that flies in Baldivis, I l prefer Rockingham stores which have an idea about customer service and employ all types of people, too.
