The young gentleman that served me was absolutely beautiful, and I took my wee Maltese dog and my 92 year old nono and it was lovely. He has a little princes little dog,and we were talking about our dogs,he was such a beautiful person. And his service was great.

next to bottle shop and aldi,,,, great place to pop in for dinner on your way home, or enjoy coffee while groceries shopping at aldi.

This place has really gone downhill in the last couple of months due to what I think is a change of management. It used to always be really quick and efficient. Food was always fresh and well made. Rarely any mistakes with orders. Now every time I go here I'm waiting in the drive-thru forever. Multiple times I've had something missing from my order or have been given the wrong order. Food is often poorly made and not fresh etc.. And 2 weeks in a row now my partner has gone over there to order only to be told they don't have any chicken left. Chicken deluxe? nope. McChicken? Nope. How about McNuggets? Nope again. Corporate should really look into how this place is being managed.

So the waiting time for your order is gone up by 10 to 15 minutes everyday. On Sunday night (20/06/2021) the waiting on order was 15 -18 minutes. Manager natalia need to put her mind and body language into work. Also there is no guarantee that you will get 100% right order. What happened to you macdonald edmondson park??? You were better then this!!!

Never gets my order right and I always have to repeat orders at the window + they always send me to the waiting bay. To add insult to injury, they gave me two soft serves that looked like the Leaning Tower of Pisa on 25/02.

Always disappointing food. Soft serves is always melted. There was a time when this Mecca's was good. Very disappointing

Best mcdonalds in Western Sydney, they bring your meal to you if you eat on a table even if your on the phone or busy doing something else. Great place for people who really want fast food.

If these kids think they deserve minimum wage they're dreaming, I personally can't wait for automation after dealing with the staff here.

Friendly customer service. But they can never get my orders right. Had to repeat multiple times. Please always check your orders before leaving. We ordered all steam buns for the family meal but were given the original sesame buns even though the boxes clearly had steam buns labelled on them. We also received two medium cups of water with ice instead of the sprite that we had ordered. Was too much of a hassle to go back and exchange/refund. Will definitely check it thoroughly next time before leaving the restaurant.
