This McDonald’s customer service is disgusting. They ALWAYS forget part of my order whether it’s delivered or purchased at the store. Had a delivery where they forgot half the order and packed the hot food in the same bag as the cold drinks and the food was cold. The burgers were disfigured, chucked around and put together. The chips were soggy, the drinks were filled halfway and the food was chucked around in its bag. Really, really disappointed with this service. They only have a 1 star review from me because I can’t give them no stars.

I have come multiple times and 60% of the time my order isn’t right or my burgers look like they came out of washing machine. Photos doesn’t do justice got a lot worse lol Sometimes the burgers are great & fresh but missing half of the order !!! Just need good management...

The only reason I come here is because it's the only halal certified Maccas in SW Sydney. The quality of the food is good, but make sure you check your order to ensure the constantly changing young workers get it right. The store is often lacking basics like to serviettes in the dispenser and as per the photo, the self serve kiosks were out of reciept paper which was very annoying as it leaves completely anxious trying to remember your order number.

This McDonald's is not actually that's bad, ok customer service skills is well trained, very welcoming, very friendly smile on their face, but when u order they don't know how to make a burger etc. I order cheeseburger they missed the sweet mustard sauce , had no cheese with no pickles, had to return the burger at least 4 times, to remake it they not trained on how to make burger. And they laugh about it. But all the stuff are amazing, they helped me so much with the order.

It was good. I order a caramel latte and banana bread. Took a lil bit long to recieve the order at 4.45 am but coffee was really nice. So not bad service overall

They're taste is so original, I really do love it
