Love you and all your professional, friendly and polite staff. Your food is succulent and second to none. Astronomical. I loved my first visit to your store. Love you McDonald's Maroochydore 11!!! And love you McDonald's all stores I have visit. Clean and inviting decor and surrounds. Love you so much!!!

We've always bought soft serves and mcflurry from this specific branch and has never failed us but today it was an utter disaster, they were not shy or sorry to hand us our soft serves all melted and dripping off the cone and said that's how they coming out of the machine! Well how was I supposed to let my 6yr old eat a spilling and dripping soft serve? All she offered was well I throw the whole. Cone in a cup to not drop like seriously? How shameful!

Couldn't have ran & shut the doors quick enough but didn't actually communicate to us why. Could have taken the time to tell us they where shutting instead of just locking doors in our faces.

The location is really nice and the kids playing area is super cool. Nevertheless, the service is not that great, our table had bird droppings, we asked it to be clean and the staff cleaned it terrible the droppings were still there after the girl did a terrible job cleaning it. Our order was incorrect and charged for. I think with a little bit of better management this could be a great McDonald's.

Great staff younger employer seen I had my hand full with kids and was kind enough to open door. Not many younger people are respectful enough to do thus these days. Very impressive

A little dirty....cup on the floor with spilt drink all over the place.....toilets a little rank. We visited quite late in the night. A lot of youngsters hanging out. Over all....the service was good and timely....only complaint was mayo all over the loaded fries box ....so went all over hands when retrieved from the bag....at least there were napkins provided to clean it up this time !!

Anthony, concierge, was absolutely the right man for the job. Delightful, respectful and helpful 👍
