Pretty decent for a maccas

I would like to start off this review by stating that I am truly horrified by the services here. They were so many cockroaches. One of them asked me to dance and when I did, he left me stranded in the middle of the dance floor in front of all his cockroach buddies. The rats there were lovely though. One of them shouted me a Happy Meal. They were all wearing strapless dresses and looked very nice.

No sauce Camden. Please please please Camden, can you remember my sweet n sour sauce... EVERY trip it’s forgotten, you’re breaking my heart. One time i even asked the lady at the third window if it was in the bag, she told me it was, I checked and said I can’t see it and she assured me it was in there.. parked up, had a another good look, guess what, not in there.. went back through, no apology either, I’d let it slide if it didn’t happen every time 😭

We were served by Charlotte in the Drive thru and she was super lovely and friendly! By far the best Maccas worker i have come across and deserves all the badges she has on her hat! Amazing job Charlotte thank you so much!

Everytime I go there they get the order wrong and I mean everytime.

Wish i could give 0 stars. Ordered my food and had to go back to the counter 4 times to make them Get it correct. Not happy

I wont go back. One star is too much. We tried 3 times to order from their automated system with no luck. After 10 minutes of messing around and watching others do the same, we go to the counter. Tried to order a meal with ice cream only to find out there is none available. No problems. I'll get over it. So we order, take our table number and proceed to find a table. This is where it turned ugly. There were no seats inside that could accomodate a wheelchair, so we sat outside. Every single table had rubbish on it except one. So we grabbed it. Unfortunately it was right next to a rotten smelly bin. Firstly, we waited at least 10 minutes to get our order. When we got the order our frozen Cokes were mostly liquid. At least one third of the drink had melted. Bad mistake pouring the drinks before the rest was ready. Looking round there was rubbish everywhere. See photos. This is just a small example and it was actually worse around the corner but I wasn't invading other diners space. So of course with this rubbish brings birds and flies. We were there 25 minutes (including 10 minutes of waiting) and I did not see one person come out to tidy up or sweep. At Woodbine this is not an issue. Disgusting. I soon found out why there was rubbish everywhere. When we were finished I went to dispose of our rubbish. The bins were chockas. Bad for McDonald's reputation.

Better change management here. Worst McDonald experienced ever. Oil is dirty old and poor service, didn’t get what actually ordered. Put whatever they want. Bad quality food and customer service. Hope they improve it.

Poor service, dreadful hygiene, expensive food. Reminds me of all the reasons I hate Maccas!
