I had the most painful experience here. Couldn't find the item I wanted in the electronic menu so I went to the counter, then the staff insisted I use the electronic menu only to find out after 10 minutes of looking that the item want on the electronic menu. What should have been a 5 mins so turned out to be a 30 minute wait. To be fair the fruits were better than many other McDonald's. Don't walk in to this tiny place get the drive thru.

Kids loved the ice cream!

Great service and assistance in ordering using the machine. Then got a freshly made, hot filet of fish. Thanks heaps it was great!

Worst McDonald's I have visited worldwide. - consistently rude staff absent of basic manors. - getting the correct order is a rarity. - incredibly long waits

Small McDonald's but in a convenient location... Staff were really helpful

Was terrible, one can't order at the counter, gentle lady said to order at the, "machine" took the order and paid the, "machine" meal arrived, less a meal. Placed the missing item again, paid again. Missed in action meal arrived, without napkins. It was around 11:15 no way busy. Staff needs to clean up their act. More so you, the Management need to educate, teach and train the staff correctly without you, the management leaving it all to junior staff that can only do their best.

Whatever manager was working second window at 6:15pm on 15th May needs a holiday. She's very short with customers and I really don't think she cares about making money for the business. In any case I cancelled my order, probably don't need the extra carbs anyway 👍
