Such wonderful friendly staff at this Max Brenner location. A credit to themselves and the company! Absolutely A1 customer service, I was so impressed. Made my day! And what a beautiful location, too. I highly recommend this chocolate bar. Great place to bring a date, family or loved one, they make you feel really special.
very peaceful place, this is my favourite Max Brenner. just as an example of service; Asked for hot water , nicely gave me in pot with the mug, THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE..i wish everyone in Sydney, Australia like them. its about 7 years I am going there

Amazing coffee, amazing collection of chocolates and desserts and very nice and friendly staff as always! One of the best in the area!
Hot chocolate was warm, and my order was extra hot chocolate, me and my friends coffee was nearly cold. Staff are really polite and helpful Coffee place was avarage Music fon level was so high
Everytime I've been here they have screwed up my order somehow or another, between lower than average customer service to serving me inedible food and overly oily incorrectly prepared drinks, avoid this location. The other max Brenner's are fine, avoid this location for the safety of your taste buds.
