I absolutely love the hot chocolate from Max Berner!! MY all time favourite😊

Came here on the last day of school term with my brother. Little pricey, got a White Chocolate Crumb Cheesecake for myself and a Chocolate Brownie Fudge Sundae for my brother. The desserts itself were spot on taste wise and quality wise. The chocolate isn’t your usual just cheap and sweet chocolate, it’s creamy and delicious. Brownies were fudgy and yet not that hard. The cheesecake had the perfect sourness and was well balanced with the white chocolate, because I was worried white choc would be too sweet. Also ordered an Italian hot choc which thick decedent and chocolate, though they at first mixed the order up with a mocha weirdly enough. Overall okay service and price but great for a late night treat.

Very poor service. One of the lady who brought our order in the table have no manners at all and just plain rude. The staffs need proper customer service training.

Absolutely disgusting food for the price you pay & warning store forgets items worth $20 from uber eats orders! First & last time buying here! Sundaes no better than Macca's! Staff useless at Assistance & now some family don't get desert tonight! We paid $76 for for deserts & got absolute rubbish

The time it takes to place an order, is in my opinion, outrageous. However by the time you have paid, and return to your table, your order swiftly appears. So at the very least, they are preparing your order as soon as the order is placed. Disappointed that there were no crepes on my visit... they were the only reason I actually went. And due to eating well generally, it will be quite some time before I return. Quality of food was great and there is no denying, its delicious. But two people on the register during busy periods would seem advisable

Bad coffee. So disappointed with the service. I was planning to sit in for coffee and they gave me a takeaway. Extremely hot coffee I burnt my tongue and no flavour. Just realised I got charged $17 for this waffle. When I checked online it is only $8.50. I double checked at the time of billing explicitly and staff confirmed that it is $17. So disappointed 🥺🥺and angry😬😬

Haven't been to Max Brenner in ages since my local ones closed. Took my 9yo here for a treat as we were in the area. It's still everything I remember. Can't go past a thick hot chocolate and souffle!

Ordered via Uber Eats. Store did not pack the entire order They told me I could get the rest of the order if I re-ordered Said oh maybe the driver still had the rest, but we can call him you will have to reorder. We are so busy tonight - so yeah sorry bout it. No - call UberEats for your refund. If I could give them zero, I would. Trying to place blame on the driver... when they admitted they dropped the ball by not packing. So $45 for a single waffle.

Worse place. Service rating in minus. Tables filthy n staff members not bothering. We informed multiple times to clean table to team members n no one bothered. Staff don’t understand meaning of service at all.. never ever visit.
