Online ordering is the only option at this restaurant and you must be careful because orders cannot be changed. No napkins supplied at the table as you have to grab them from the tissue boxes at the counter. No tap water supplied either - you have to buy bottled water. Food was okay, typically large serve as is expected in Market Square. Social distancing between tables is carefully observed so that’s a plus.

Great food!!

Great food and prices but customer service is lacking. Would be nice to be served water at the table in adult sized glasses instead of rainbow kids cups at the self serve counter. Also no napkins only one tissue box that all tables share at the counter.

Nice enough food, however, the staff need to learn communication skills and customer service skills. We ordered 6 dishes. 4 came out fine. 2 were wrong meals. One was replaced fine, but the second required us to chase and follow up five times. It eventually came out, but by then everyone else had finished their meals. Staff were gruff, unapologetic , disinterested in assisting. It's a shame as the food is nice and we have dined there many many times over the years, but the service really put us off and hence the poor review.

Quite nice food. Can get quite busy. Price is decent for the amount you receive. They don't have napkins for some reason, so take your own. Excellent selection of food and drinks.

This place is our weekly weekend hangout place. Nice clean environment with the most delicious food with affordable price. The amount of food given in each dish is also good.

Extensive menu of Malaysian cuisine and great value. Typical busy Asian restaurant ambience which means it is loud and crowded most of the time. Has table service but can be hard to summon wait staff some times. Portions are very big and come out reasonably quickly but restaurant provides take away containers. The go to place for Sago. Good lemon black tea but not as good as some other restaurants at Market Square.

Good to mediocre, service is non exists as they prefer you to order of their app. Busy place with wait times. Better food around for less wait. Priced fair. Not that bad and not that good. 4 stars.

The food was fine but with more staff than customers present was told that there were no more soup spoons available. Clearly a lie unless they have only 4 spoons total. My Partner and I shared a spoon taking it in turn to enjoy our meals. I was offered a takeaway spoon which I gratefully accepted however that never materialised. Sunnybank has many other options. I don't think I'll bother with this place again.
