It's just your typical Tex mex fast food

Unfortunately the young lady who served us today was 'rude'. We usually get decent customer service from the employees there, but today the girl was uncooperative, rude and not flexible, especially during these lockdown days. Also, the place is getting dirtier and dirtier. Disgusting. Needs improvement badly.

They do decent buritos and dish em out fast! Ingredients looked fresh from the windows too. However the seating and tables were dirty and gross I.e. they don't regularly wipe down tables after a customer has finished.

This place is always good for Vegan chicken burritos. The burrito was a little light last time, not as much chicken or just too little vegan cheese, they are people and make mistakes and were receptive when I told them.

Great! Friendly staff. Prompt service. Delicious food.

Had a tasty and filling burrito here but the ordertaker was impolite and disrespectful when she took my order which limited the quality of my experience.

Mad Mex Blacktown is by far the worst one I’ve ever been too. The sign at the front states “regular cleaning of the premises is conducted” well clearly not. I went at 3pm on a Sunday and the bins were overflowing (all on the floor and covering the tables) There was leftovers all over tables and also on the floors. The lady who served us was rude and didn’t listen to what we requested and got it wrong the first time and kept on making it when I asked her to start again as I don’t handle salsa which is what she added without asking me. The when it came to paying they had a sign which said free Lipton ice tea with main meal purchase - the woman then rudely said it’s finished and snatched the sign away. Then while eating we found a long black hair in our nachos... filthy. Wouldn’t recommend here.
