M&O Cafe and Tapas

Food was delicious but slow to come out. Would be nice if the staff actually wore their face masks properly instead of on their chins or over their noses though. 6 employees and only 1 doing the right thing.

Good food, good prices, average service. My partner and I both got the big breakfast (mine without eggs and with gluten free toast), which was delicious. A very crispy (almost too oily) hash brown, some well cooked mushrooms and tomatoes, and delicious meats all made for a very filling brekky. Unfortunately, it was barely breakfast, as by the time it reached us it was well into lunch time. I understand that being there at a peak time may have impacted the service times however there should definitely be contingencies in place for this. After ordering, we waited 50 minutes to have our food brought out. I approached a wait staff to ask when it would be coming and they said they'd check, went and checked and didn't provide us with an update. Some of the staff were very nice and welcoming but others simply appeared not to care. All in all, if you're looking for a nice little cafe with good food and reasonable pricing, go for it. I simply wouldn't recommend it at peak times if this is the level of service.

Had an absolutely fantastic brunch here. The staff are super friendly! Gorgeous views and the tables are set out well. Most importantly, the food was delicious (brekky roll, fruit toast, banana bread French toast) plus the coffee & tea was excellent.

Decided to try this new cafe. The burger was good, the soldier weren’t too bad except the eggs weren’t even runny!!! I’m not really sure if we received the right bread either. The chips were way too salty. I’m not sure if anyone tried them before they were sent out, if they did try it then that person should not be in charge of seasoning as it was way too salty. We had to brush the salt off and even then it was way too much. We enjoyed the coffee which we were happy about. I think we might come back on our next trip as they have reasonable prices.

Had an amazing breakfast with a huge group. Staff were under the pump on the long weekend but so attentive. Meals were quick to come out especially for the kids. Couldn’t rate this cafe better. Big shout out to our awesome waitress Sheree

Really nice location. Great food and coffee. Limited parking around and it does tend to get busy which is understandable! Love to come again when I’m back in town. Recommended

We were blown away by this fabulous eatery at the perfect location right in the centre of Cowes. What a wonderfully refreshing change to receive hospitality exactly how it should be served. Kudos to the owner who wanders around continuously making sure every single customer is well attended to, even finding the time for a quick chat on a very busy morning. The food is perfectly matched to the hospitality. Delicious, flavorsome, well presented and the dippy eggs are pure genius! Feeling really lucky to have the opportunity to experience such a well run establishment. You guys deserve every success!

There are so many things to love about this cafe. The staffs are all friendly, interior done nicely and nothing too crazy about it. There are enough food range for everyone. Must try the hang over breaky!! I had a long black and the coffee was bit too sour for me but my partner loved her soy latte so it depends on each person. Definitely deserves 5 stars, keep up the quality level guys!

Disgusting waiting period.!!!! we need to wait for 20 minutes for just a table!!! After we had a table! We were ask to wait for another 30 minutes for the food! Duh! So disgusting!and service is totally unacceptable! It could have been more efficient if while waiting on the queue they can take the order, and once u reach on the table you only need to wait for just 10-15 minutes for your food to serve. I don't recommend this cafe!!!!, we gave feedback at the time we had our table, our coffee got cold for waiting!!!!! 50 minutes waiting time is too much, system is horrible! Not recommended!!!!
