Coffee is usually 5 star for me - as in one of my top places for consistently drinkable coffee. Gave four stars because I'm not as experienced with their food - looked ok but couldn't give 5 stars for it. I'm sure it's fine.

I dropped in here to have a quick bite expecting decent coffee and alright food. It was unexpectedly incredible food and lovely coffee. I had the eggplant poached eggs with jalepeno hummus. I normally don't eat much sourdough bread but I ate all of it up just to soak up all the delicious juice and dressing from the roast eggplant, tomatoes, and lemon. The jalepenos surprisingly add so much to the dish. No need for salt or pepper. It's so good I had to leave a review mid-lunch. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

When I get charged $15 for a chickenburger I would expect the size of the piece of chicken to be more than a quarter of the size of the bun. Also had to wait over 20 minutes for my lunch to arrive. Disappointing experience I won’t be back.

Work for a well known high profile specialty coffee company and was looking for any familiar brand in the shopping center to drink... Someone told me Luxe was good. Although the barista was good and executed a good coffee right after my first sip I noticed the brew had this charcoal burned taste of cheap commercial coffee... While I was waiting I overheard him downtalking the other coffee across the hall, then after my dissapointing tasting experience I asked what roaster they used at Luxe and the guy on the machine proudly named one of the most unpopular roasters within the specialty coffee industry. It is not a secret between professionals about their cheap green beans overroasted to hide their market-price origins... The brand in mention is HUMOR MATERIAL for us and many other coffee companies. He is a great espresso machine operator but definitely not a real Barista... My curiosity took me to this other place across the hall and to my surprise they brew a up an coming young brand of exceptional quality. I threw my coffee in the bin and order a new one at this other place. As expected it was fantastic... I told my friend where the better coffee is and why. One of our outlets would do great there since it seems that people only go for what others tells them to eat or drink and not because they actually know whats of premium quality. If you are the "decaf+soy milk+3 sugars" kind of coffee drinker Luxe is your place. If you really understand coffee go elsewhere...

Luxe is a good option if you’re after a coffee in Westfield Bondi Junction. I’ve been 4 times now and they’ve been good coffees each time for sure. The staff have been a little cool (not exactly friendly) though - about 3 of the 4 visits. You can get a good view of the City and Harbour if you take your coffee over near the North facing windows.

Bad experience with the customer service. Such a poor and disrespectful service from the tall lady. Just because I’m a staff from other shop she treated me differently from other customers. Wouldn’t be back because the coffee quality doesn’t worth the bad attitude. Thanks.

The best coffee and customer service I ever had. I go there at least 4 times per week for my morning regular cap. I love their politeness and kindness but y love more their delicious coffee! Thank you guys and girls
