Just tried their takeaway oyster - so fresh! Some of the best I have ever had! And whilst picking them up....try a drive-through cocktail by Arnaud!! Cheered me up in midst of lockdown

BEWARE! Check your drinks!! I ordered a mocktail as I am 13 weeks pregnant and I was served a cocktail. Unknowingly I drank the drink. Later it became apparent that there was alcohol in the drink when I noticed another customer return the same drink to be told by the waitress it was because she was doing "dry June". A very irresponsible service of alcohol. The waitress and manager were very blasé about the issue and showed little remorse. We were still made to pay for the meal.

We are regulars to Lovat and love the place. It is one of the best restaurants on the northern beaches. Had family dinner tonight and it was the best ever. Great food, excellent atmosphere, super local vibe and best of all the wait staff were so attentive to ensure we had the best experience. Shout out in particular to the waitress who served us most of the evening. 10 out of 10. #supportlocal
