Originally opened in 2002, Lotus was the Potts Point hotspot known for big flavours and late-night vibes. For those who missed out the first time, you’re in luck. We’re back and open for business, with Dan Hong yet again at the helm. The famous Lotus cheeseburger is back on the menu (it’s had an upgrade), as is the iconic hot fudge sundae, alongside a range of all-new dishes.
