Longmenzhu Noodle Bar

This place is cool. You select the ingredients you want in your soup, it’s weighed up then cooked. I selected the laksa, which was super tasty. You’re handed a steel bowl, you go down the line selecting what you like from the veg, meat, seafood and noodle on offer. It was my first experience and staff were super friendly in explaining how it worked. Both indoor and outdoor seating. There is street parking but it is limited. There is a car park just up the road on the same street as well. Quick service so perfect for lunch.

So much yum! Basically a make your own noodle soup subway-ish style. Pick what you want, throw it in a bowl, and its cooked up for you. Owner was super friendly and helpful with explaining the process and making sure you got the broth that you'd like. 100% already want to go back!

Very good noodle soup place. Basically pick your own ingredients, select a soup base and then they cook it for you. Can take home the leftovers as well and they top up the soup for a small cost.

Pick your own ingredients, pay at the counter. GORGEOUS laksa soup, perfect amount of spice, so many mushrooms, spoiler for choice as a vegetarian. Great place, delish food!

Good malatang restaurant that open till late. A bit cramped on the sitting. Fresh ingredients and soup was good. They also sell bubble tea.

My mates and I came in to try the soups in this place. I had the dry wok, which was good, and my friend had a bone broth - that's even better. You got outdoor seatings, which is nice when I came in (I guess depends on the weather). Parking can be a bit of an issue as most nearby spots were full when I came in at 9pm. Opens till late and that's always a bonus!

Good ingredient variety, I tried the bone broth and it was delicious. Friendly staff. Only thing I didn't like was the squid which didn't taste that fresh.

This place is truly great. The soups are as big as you want them to be, with all the stuff you like and none of the bad. I'm very happy I was introduced to this concept, because if I every want to walk away from a place totally stuffed this is a place I can recommend.
