Lone Star Rib House

Went there for a birthday dinner and it was awful. My daughter’s Mac n cheese burger was completely off. The Mac and cheese had curdled at least a week ago. I ordered the rib eye steak for $44 and received a flat piece of well done meat that was clearly not rib eye with frozen vegetables and a previously baked sweet potato that was microwaved into mush. Avoid at all cost!

Very disappointing. Sticky / dirty floor. Average staff. Well-below average food. Way, way overpriced. Steaks were chewy. Veggies were soggy. Mashed potato was weirdly sour and inedible. Sauce was cold and gluggy. Would not ever go back. Lone Star deserves just a lone star.

My partner got the rump steak and pork ribs combo which was very nice. I ordered the beef tenderloin with roast sweet potato, I enjoyed my salad but my sweet potato tasted strange (kinda earthy, like dirt) & unfortunately my tenderloin was very chewy & I wish I got the rump steak instead 😅 Good service, friendly atmosphere. My partner enjoyed the variety of beer served.

Enjoyed the atmosphere even though it was busy and they ran out of cutlery. Grilled salmon was yummy and the chips crispy. Salad well dressed and not too dry. Would go there again. Would give 5 stars if the staff did a dance like they used to!

Great customer service I got the stake and rib combo got it in 10 minutes staff are really friendly and was always asking if we where alright.

Would not recommend going here! Customer service appalling, no urgency in the staff or just really badly under staffed, they were happy to talk amongst themselves though, waited 15mins before anyone come to get our order, we were just about to stand up an leave. No communication from the staff at all, no take home boxes allowed (not told til I asked), got offered ranch sauce, later received after we asked for it(went to pay, for them trying to charge for the ranch sauce. Would rather of went to another restaurant where I know it would be better service.

Lone star westfield was absolutely amazing!! Service was great and food was even better. Definitely a recommend. Also Jafar was absolutely lovely and such a hard worker. This is our second time dining here and we love it every time 😇

Great and relaxing atmosphere. Delicious and filling food. Exceptional service from Shane and Jaafar. Would definitely recommend for a whole family outing. Will be coming back to try the rest of the menu.

Awesome lunch deals and bottomless soft drink! What more could you want?
