Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort & Spa

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon recently! Such a great resort, 3 nights was simply not long enough! Highlights were the Darley's fine dining restaurant, and also The Lounge bartender Patrick thank you for your great service and knowledge of cocktails and obscure spirits. We had a really nice time and we are looking forward to staying again!

This review only applies to the booking system, do not book during covid restrictions they will not refund or give a voucher regardless of government restrictions. Over $600 paid in advance in early May. Gift for my son and daughter in law who unfortunately can not travel from Queensland because of current Sydney outbreak as advised by Gov. I am so upset about this response. All I wanted was for them to give me a credit for the future. Our supplier has contacted the Hotel a few times since yesterday to request for either a free of charge cancellation request or to rebook new dates with the property but these requests were unfortunately declined despite explaining your son's situation. Cancellation/ Change policy still needs to be followed and is strictly imposed by the hotel as advised by staff member named Vanessa at the reservation desk for the Hotel, Lilianfels Resort & Spa.

We had high tea there and the food were amazing, scones were warm and fluffy, decent variety of teas, and the cakes/desserts were delicious! Not to mention the toasty fireplace! Great ambiance

I stayed three fabulous nights here over Easter. Location is excellent. My wife and I enjoyed massages, drinks and food in the lounge and took advantage of the pool. We also used the mountain bikes to explore narrow neck. We managed to do a lot plus relax over a short period of time. Rooms were gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We were day-spa guests at Lilianfels....I booked myself and hubby in for a head, neck and shoulder massage/afternoon tea package and it was spectacular. My massage was carried out by the lovely Eva, she was very very good.. just enough firmness to make you feel great and to get rid of all those everyday aches and pains (yes, she knew exactly where they were!). Was so good to relax afterwards in the spa lounge with herbal tea, you can also use the indoor hotel pool (which is lovely and warm for a winter swim) and the saunas in the changing rooms which Eva advised to help post-massage. Afternoon tea with champagne was delicious, we were so stuffed by the end of it! Amazing sandwiches, cakes, scones, and fabulous service from the restaurant team. If you get chance to go here for this package, do!!...and make sure you ask for Eva for your massage!

The hotel and the staffs were great, we enjoyed our short stay so much. For a 5 stars hotel, I would like to expect a bit more even during the busy school holiday time though!! 1. The room and public areas are clean and tidy but just lacking wow factors. 2. Breakfast area is small and packed with school holiday families so it felt very rushed and noisy. I came with young children too but if you want quiet holiday avoid the breakfast package. I love hotel breakfast so much so breakfast is one of the most important points for me! 3. I booked via their website for the dog package. The booking page is confusing as even i booked from their dog room package page, it brings back to the main page and I was booking a normal king bed room without noticing the link redirected me to a wrong room booking. So be careful what package includes what. I imagine it would be much better hotel in quiet seasons. The location is super and walk distance to the 3 sisters, but no view from the hotel. Overall a good hotel to stay!

Had a wonderfully cooked lunch in The Lounge. Expensive as expected and well worth it. Elegantly styled with beautiful paintings and decor. Comfortable seating to enjoy the ambiance. All the staff were Chinese which I find disturbing. Chinese owners who need to also employ ALL Australians!

5 star. Exceptional location, venue, service and staff. Accommodation fresh, clean and well maintained.

Loved it here. The staff were great and very accommodating. The room and amenities were lovely. Didn't want to leave.

Beautiful resort walk to three sisters blue mountain. I stayed there once but we love the town and people there. Comfortable bedding, room, plenty of parking, variety of food options, yummy buffet breakfast, indoor and outdoor pool, live music, massage and much more. If you are planning your next visit to blue mountain must stay at this resort I am sure you will love it !!!
