We have been coming to your restaurant for many years. Up until now I have always recommended you to anyone who wanted a good meal. Recently I bought my grandson who wanted San Choy Bow. I'm not going into the details but I complained about it. The rest of the meal was excellent. The 'older,' waitress was apologetic and reduced the bill. Tonight we came back. Not any more I'm afraid because this waitress was so rude. You need to look at your staff Leisa instead of arguing with customers. Anyway good luck.

Recommend Fried rice !!! It’s taste is very good. But Pad thai is very strange from the others because of using the wrong sauce

Did a phone order for delivery on Wednesday 03/03/2021. Was told that food will be delivered in an hour. We called again at the hour mark and food was yet to be made. Was told to wait another 45 minutes, when we decided to cancel the order. Not sure what the expectation of this company is, no one likes to wait for food delivery after 1 hour 45 minutes. Completely wasted dinner time. Can't even give one star. Won't ever order from here.

Food was excellent service let them done a bit but would still go back

I dont usually do reviews , however i felt the need in this case. Firstly great restaurant, lovely food, and mostly friendly customer service. Although, I was extremely disturbed by our visit tonight. Not only was the elderly staff member rude to the lovely young co worker serving us, but was also awkard for us to witness , the young ones were pleasant and provided exceptional customer service. The older woman came across passive agressive, rude and cold. Such a shame, we felt the atmoshere was odd afterward and the young lady was proffessional and composed despite her clearly being attacked and humiliated. It was extremely unethical. I will give 5 stars as i quite liked everything about our dining ecperience aside from the conduct of that one staff member. I will return and hopefully next time will be more pleasant .

The service was ok, the atmosphere felt a bit awkward. I’m giving this place an overall 4 star because the food exceeded expectations.

Nice food. A little expensive and understaffed for there were long waits for things. E.g. being served at the counter, at the table, for our food, for our bill and being able to leave. Staff seemed to not know what was going on.

My group of friends was turned away with "We do not take Chinese from Sydney". A. You can't assume we are Chinese just because we are Asian. B. You can't reject us because of our nationality. C. Your policy only says no customers from Northern Sydney, not the whole Sydney. C is arguable, you set your policy but I hope you will reflect yourself on points A and B, especially you call yourself an Asian cuisine place.

Took a long time for home delivery 1 1/2 hrs from ordering. Having said this food was very tasty, although just warm (shop was only a 5 min drive, but had had a few wines so didn’t want to risk it). Delivery only $5. Would have it again but as a sit down in restaurant area if ever we’re back this way.

Friendly staff and service with a smile, food is delicious too.
