This is true Italian high quality food. Authentic and absolutely beautiful food. Alex is a nice and fun guy. He entertains, makes good conversation and talks you through the menu. Absolute the best Italian food I ever had and we definitely be back soon.
The most amazing service and food I’ve ever had, the food was authentic and absolutely divine. Our server Alex was the highlight of my night, every dish he brought out for us just kept getting better and better. I would recommend to everyone and anyone who is considering, you will not regret it!
I truly love this wonderful restaurant. We have been here many times and even had our staff Christmas party there last year. We were back there again this evening, had a truly delicious dinner and ended up booking our 2021 work Christmas dinner.

My wife bumped into the chef whilst shopping, so on his recommendation we decided to take a visit. Wow, after just passing by another Redcliffe restaurant we realised our mistake. The manager & staff are so welcoming, the atmosphere really comfortable and the food is to die for. So delicious and good portion sizes. Not going to take it for granted again, we'll be back.
We had a very enjoyable dinner at La Lanterna tonight . The food was presented beautifully, tasted wonderful, good wines and excellent service. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant, informal but the dinner was of high quality.

A delicious Italian restaurant thats situated near the heart of Redcliffe. Bring your appetite as the flavours are sure to satisfy. Loved the quaint atmosphere with music in the background. Bookings are recommended.

La Lanterna is the first restaurant in Queensland, Australia, dedicated to the tradition of Ligurian cuisine. As we started trading in 2017 we soon realized how hard it was to find fresh homemade pasta and focaccia, therefore we adjusted out menu and started making everything from scartch. We use many different flours which means we have plenty of Gluten free options. Genovese and Ligurian cuisine are mostly vegetarian. We also provide vegan and dairy free options.
