La Cuisine is a French-Inspired Delicatessen that offers marinated olives, sweet pickled garlic, tapenade, imported French cheeses, and other mediterranean products. Find as well a variety of gourmet sandwiches and other take-away options such as salads, soups and omelettes. La Cuisine opened in 2018 by Byron Bay Olive Co. The original company define themselves as "olive artisans". They pick the best olives around Australia and Europe and marinate them with good quality oil and a special selection of herbs. The company was inspired by the flavors of Provence but born in this beautiful surf town of New South Wales. They started trading at local markets and have remained loyal to that ever since. The inspiration for the recipes came from Antoine's authentic family traditions back in Sanary-Sur-Mer, a beautiful village in the South of France. Byron Bay Olive Co. reveals, at their own pace, an infinite pallet of flavors and textures.
