I was lucky enough too attend a private group cooking class last night at Sandra's. A great night, the food was simple, beautifully prepared and delicious. Sandra has so much knowledge and was very generous with sharing it eg her favourite pastas and best places to shop! Highly recommend, fantastic pressie and fun to do with a group of friends. An absolutely incredible (and very delicious) experience from start to finish. Sandra was warm and welcoming, and her passion for Italian cuisine shined throughout the class. She shared helpful insights and stories, all the while showing us how to cook the delicacies we had chosen as part of our seafood-centric menu! Being a private class, it was such a cosy and intimate atmosphere - with lots of laughs shared and our group had so much fun that we already want to return for the Nonna menu! Highly highly recommend for a wholesome and enjoyable Italian culinary experience!!

Sandra is so passionate and knowledgeable. The food is so beautifully rustic and fresh! The environment is casual and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Last night, three friends and I attended La Cucina di Abruzzese cooking class. Sandra welcomed us into her cozy home, with a glass of prosecco and parmesan biscuits. We had a wonderful night, learning all about Abruzzese cuisine and enjoying the delicious dishes that Sandra demonstrated, including cuttlefish in a white sauce, stuffed mussels baked in the oven and rigatoni with saffron sauce. Sandra is very knowledgeable and a patient teacher, taking time to answer all of our questions. All of the dishes were outstanding and we finished the night with a dessert made from smooth ricotta, emulsified with lemon zest and dessert wine and served with dark chocolate, hazelnuts and crostoli! I definitely recommend attending Sandra's classes to improve your knowledge of Italian food and also for an enjoyable night with expertly cooked dishes. Even if you are familiar with Italian food, its great to see Sandra's approach that will and inspire you and refresh your own cooking.

I attended the Nonna's comfort food class last week with my friend. I was very excited about it, loving all things food and it exceeded my expectations. Sandra's food and demonstrations were both delicious and practical. The panna cotta was truly sublime. I took away so many handy tips just observing Sandra, although she was most helpful in her explanations. This is the first time I have attended any kind of cooking class and I now want to do all her classes. Highly recommend if you're even slightly interested in cooking or eating.

Sandra hosted us for a hens and it was absolutely perfect! We all learnt so much and it was nice to have been such a casual affair. Thanks so much for you wonderful hospitality. Cannot recommend enough!

My husband and I attended Sandra's gnocchi making class and were both really impressed with how well run the class was. We have done a number of cooking classes and this was definitely one of our favourites. Sandra's recipes were easy to follow and her hints and tips along the way will definitely be used again not just in gnocchi making but with our day to day cooking. Sandra was really well organised with all ingredients weighed and ready to go which highlighted the benefit of preparation before starting to cook. The food we cooked was all really delicious and we can't wait to make it again. The class allowed for lots of questions and we had plenty of discussion around everyone's trips to Italy which only makes us look forward to being able to travel there again. We look forward to trying other classes with Sandra.
