There are some menu options which happen to be vegan, but there isn't a specialist or separate vegan menu. You'd probably have a tricky time, but the staff are great so they should be able to let you know which options would be best.

The 4 course set menu last week did have Wagyu cheek (while the 5 course have Beef Eye Fillet) but everything else is fish/seafood. Best to just call ahead before booking as when we were dining they weren't really able to offer changes to what's in the set menu other than taking something out.

not sure, when we were there - we just ordered a la carte and we enjoyed the food there... fresh sushi, great presentation (very instagrammable), and the place has that fine dining feeling

We had one person in our group with fish allergies and his meal was meat oriented, sushi included. He was extremely happy with his meal. We arranged it before hand with the restaurant.
