Most authentic Vietnamese I've been to in Melbourne

The rice paper rolls were delicious. The papaya salad I struggled to finish... I love papaya salad but this tasted a bit unusual, like the sauce was very dark and tasted extremely fishy. Also served with big cold prawns surrounding the salad which didnt match the traditional style of the salad. Other than that, it was a pleasant dining experience.

Really great service and food is fresh, delicious and so tasty. Highly recommend the Pho and Bun ? (Vermacelli). Never had a bad experience and food is always great!

My friend and I went to this restaurant last week. We ordered a serve of veggie spring rolls and two tofu pho with veggie broth but the waiter with a man bun hairstyle was super rude. He gave us 6 pieces of spring rolls but when eating one we realized that those were not veggies, probably pork. We told him that was the wrong one and asked him to change but he looked very angry and asked us to break all the spring rolls to check. He even left us without saying "sorry". We waited for about 30 minutes but had no changes. We had to leave. Really bad experience with their customer services. Very disappointed

I thought this place was awful. I never bother with writing a negative review when I am not satisfied but this place totally deserves it. We sat down around 7:50, we got our first meal around 8:45, had to chase the waiter twice for the cutlery for 10 min after we got our first dish. The second one (which was a salad), we received 15 min after we finished eating our first meal. The size of meals and quality is not valued properly, even more with this terrible service. We asked for water 3 times until we actually got it. The tables around were left dirty like this for an hour and even when we left no one took care of them. The waiter literally looked at our table and ingored dirty dishes on it. We were ready to stand up and actually clean it up for them and leave ( I don't think would even notice if we left). I really don't mind waiting for my food, as long as the service is excellent and we are being taken care of, but no one came to us for 40min to even ask if we want a drink! We will never come back here that's for sure. Very disappointed.

Amazing Pho and cheap beer! The atmosphere is relaxing and sent my girlfriend reminiscing about her travels through Vietnam. I couldn't get enough of the pho.

Probably the best beef salad i’ve ever had. I ordered the mix salad bowl with lemongrass beef and oh my, I wish I took a photo, presentation was so pretty and there was a generous amount of beef (value for money, big portion of salad with bean shoots, shredded carrot, cucumber. It came with a seperate little bowl of dressing so you can decide how moist you want your salad. The beef was tender, melted in the mouth like butter. Service was very prompt and they gave us chocolates at the end which was sweet! (no pun intended)

Service was good and delicious food.. will definitely be back again soon! Both the girl and boy who served were so friendly.. only issue is when I called to make a booking they said they do BYO but refused to do it once I was there.

I tried the beef pho and it was really tasty. I'm happy because I had never eaten at Kin Vietnamese Restaurant and I finally tried it and I was not disappointed, I will definitely be back.
