Always cheap and amazing food.

I have been here for lunch several times. We tried Shoyu ramen $14 w/egg $1 and Karaage $6.5. The soup was nice but it’s lukewarm for me☹️ And the noodle was not my favorite 😞 They are still cheaper than the other ramen shops. I might try different ramen next time then ask please make the soup extra hot for me 😋

I have been a customer of Kabachi-Ya for 3 years now. My experience at this restaurant has been exceptional in all instances. The customer service is exceptional, the best I have experienced on the Gold Coast. The food is of the highest quality, and the value has no equal in comparison. I highly recommend to anybody who appreciates Japanese cuisine and high quality service. Friendly, efficient, and value for money.

Been dining and getting takeaway from when they first opened, best Japanese restaurant IV been to, the rice bowls, the soups, the fried rice, all there menu items are cooked to perfection, the staff are so friendly and the kids love the Raman noodles

Possibly the best food you'll ever eat. I lived in Japan for 5 years, and the quality of food, service and atmosphere here more than compares. On top of this, the food is very affordable for the quality and quantity. The owners work in the store, and the staff will even teach you the Japanese word for your order! The only problem is that you'll like it too much, and keep going back. I know we do!!

Side dish, Soup, and noodles are okay, but nothing impressed. staff is nice and patient.

The food came quickly, however, they refused to give us tap water when asked, even though I mentioned that by law, Australian restaurants need to serve tap water on request. Also the ramen eggs were very overcooked. However everything else was tasty.

Have been to this restaurant monthly for few years, good food with reasonable price, quick service and friendly staff. Waiting for a seat can take a little while sometimes, of course, order take away maybe a better option if you are in a hurry.
