KFC

Food was as expected. However the person serving us had the charisma of a wet lettuce. A little bit of a smile and at least look like you want to be there wouldn't go amiss.

No 1 Fast food visit in Perth. The chicken and the ingredients is just so original. Just like the first time you eat KFC when you were kids. The chicken also very good. Compare to other countries. Must try.

The traditional chicken was dry, the chips undercooked soggy and cold. The only nice part was the crispy batter. Waterford KFC needs to lift its game. Not at all mouthwatering

Always give me chicken wing instead of others bigger/meaty pieces when I order more ... feel a bit ripped off... Sometime dry and missed count as well.. For my future purchases, I will go Belmont KFC instead or Karawara

I ordered a tenders dipping box at about 9:45pm, the guy told me he ran out of tenders which is fine and I asked for more nuggets instead. I also asked for 2 Pepsi freezes. When I went to pay he didn’t repeat the order and I had already paid. He gave me a receipt which said ‘$18.55’ when it’s supposed to be ‘$11.95’ he charged me for 2 Pepsi bottle drinks instead and a large meal when I didn’t ask for one. He said he refunded me but didn’t come through. When I got my meal the chips were cold, there was no sauce, dinner roll was stale, popcorn chicken was cold, I didn’t get a potato gravy (just gravy) & the nuggets were soggy and black on the meat🙄 I was very disappointed but couldn’t go back to complain because they had shut the store for the night. I called up the next day and complained but the manager said I could either get a refund or get a free meal?? Excuse me, I should be getting a refund regardless and a free meal. I’d never come back.

The service at the counter was nice as the girl had smile and wanted to be there working the chicken wasn't dried out so yeah I liked the place.

I just bought a 3 piece box from South Perth KFC at about 6.30 pm and having worked for them a few years ago I know when something is wrong and if I served chicken like I just purchased I would most certainly get my a... kicked.The chicken was dry and I think the cook forgot the mix of secret herbs and spices it had no taste at all.As I just finished work later than usual and was on the Tonkin could not turn back hence this review.

Food is always quick, the staff are friendly and so far nothing has even been missed in my order. Overall good quality KFC especially comparing to the rest of them throughout Perth. One issue is that the outside area doesn't seem very clean, I know it's outside however a quick or better wipe down of the table would improve the experience a lot more. Besides this a very good KFC.

I have gone to this KFC twice in a row, both times the nuggets werent fresh (20 pack). Customer service is fine 🙂 Either I got a bad run or the food isn't often fresh? Either way, the last thing I want to be feeling, is disappointment after buying a 20 pack of nuggets 😩
